He has 22 years of experience developing middle & senior managers in both public and private sectors, internationally. As a UK Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Executive Coach & NLP Trainer he has three unique lenses on interpersonal excellence.
Carly has been an Executive Coach on the Engaging Executive Program, along side Duncan and his team, for nearly 3 years, after working together in the consulting world for well over 10 years.

Fitness4All is a high quality gym located in rural NSW with huge expansion plans. Jeff is an endorsed organisational psychologist with over a decade of experience in talent management consulting within private and public sectors. His expertise ranges from the selection and onboarding of executive leaders, corporate culture, employee engagement, and senior leadership development. His clients have come from industries such as Aviation, Banking and Finance, Engineering, FMCG, Legal, Manufacturing, Mining, Energy, Professional services, Retail, and Government.
Jeff partners with Carly Fisher Consulting on major projects and adds depth and experience to psychometric assessments and leadership development in our programs.
Judy Fisher
Bachelor of Education (Primary). Senior Educator and Teacher
Judy Fisher brings over 40 years experience in the education sector, as a teacher and as an Educational Leader. Specialising in student development, growth and achieving at their own pace, Judy provides education related services in partnership with Carly Fisher Consulting.
Tutoring. Judy Fisher provides high quality, individualized tutoring services for students primarily in Stage 2 and 3 - Grade 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Consultancy (Families). Judy also provides consultancy services to families who are experiencing challenges in the school environment - providing gentle, informed guidance on the types of support the family may require, and helping families connect and partner with teachers, specialists and schools to achieve positive outcomes.
Consultancy (Schools). Judy provides consultancy services to schools in executing their programs in areas such as: academic extension strategies; behaviour management programs and core projects in the education sector.
Cath Shaw & Jo Devin Co-Founders, PLS
The PLS Program supports Early Learning Centres, Primary Schools and practitioners in Australia to lead a culture of emotional wellbeing in their communities - through teacher-led, curriculum-mapped, flexible teaching programs, resources and professional development.
Carly has partnered with the PLS team since 2014, as a passionate advocate in rural children’s wellbeing. As a psychologist experienced in working with children, Carly undertook a comprehensive review of the initial modules in the program.
Carly continues to provide consultancy services on business strategy, political influence and sales channels. Cath and Jo have commented that “Carly has volunteered many many hours of her time to assist us in getting this program moving and offers unique and innovative insights into where we can take our vision to the next step”.
