Carly Fisher commenced her career in Canberra, Australia with a global firm specialising in organsiational psychology, whilst consulting as a psychologist in private practice.
Carly has partnered with lead government agencies and both national and international clients as a Senior Consultant. The core focus of this work is the design, development and delivery of world class leadership development programs, executive coaching to CEOs, senior leaders, high potential employees and teams.
Passionate about the science of behaviour and business, Carly leads projects to unlock potential and drive outcomes through an in-depth and technical review of the three pillars for success - People, Process and Technology - the central focus being businesses greatest assets - their people.

Carly also volunteers her time to support the Positive Living Skills program (see Collaborations) - shaping the lives of young children and their families, and has volunteered her time to The Compassion Friends organisation as a guest speaker on their weekend programs for bereaved parents.
